MINIMUM REQUIRED to be moved to successfully operate an SN95 (94-95 5.0L V8) CBAZA Strategy ecu using a stock 89-93 foxbody harness.
This will allow you to run the T4M0, U4P0, S4M1, J4J1, W4H0, ZA0, and FCLO ecu's instead of using the A9L, A3M, A9M, X3Z, D3D, AP9, or A9T ecu's.
Note: If you would like to be able to interchange between a GUFB and CBAZA ecu, pins can be added and the wires tapped to existing wires in lieu of moving pins.

move pin 52(inj-8) to pin 39 (empty slot)
move pin 42(inj-7) to pin 35(empty slot)
move pin 29(hego-1) to pin 44(empty slot)

If using the high speed fan output on a foxbody ecu move pin 41 to 32
OPTIONAL
tap Pin# 46 to ground do not remove or cut it this is signal return (ground), most fox harnesses have grounding issues, tapping 46 to ground will resolve most ground issues.
Highly recommended but not necessary.

AND THATS ALL FOLKS!!!

The complete ecu pin outs can be referenced HERE

There is a catch though, in order to do so without having to swap more pins around a tune is required, not really a tune just a few values need to be changed.

You must:
DISABLE: ccd (optinal), fpm, am1, am2, canp, octane, smog, and thermactor (smog pump)
change firing order to 1-6-4-2-5-8-7-3
change injector ouput ports to: 00222002

If your wondering as to why change the firing order to the above which appears wrong, its because we didn't move all the injector wires but only the two we needed.
so for reference this is what we now have
Pin #Injector #ECU Output #Firing OrderBank
58Inj 1 11stPassenger
59Inj 224thPassenger
12Inj 362ndPassenger
13Inj 477thPassenger
14Inj 586thDriver
15Inj 655thDriver
35Inj 743rdDriver
39Inj 838thDriver

As you can infer, the Injector Output Port will need to be updated as well to identify which hego controls which injector.

A base tune with these values changed can be DOWNLOADED HERE

NOW YOUR DONE!!
You now have the ability to control an AODE/4R70W transmission.

Speed Density to MAF Swap

The following applies for swapping a speed density 88 Mustang, 89 Mercury, or 89 Lincoln 5.0L V8 from Speed Density to MAF using a 94-95 Mustang or 91-93 Thunderbird 5.0L ecu. This DOES NOT apply to the 88 Thunderbird which has a different pin out.

remove pin 35, you will no longer use this wire used for cruise control
remove pin 39, you will no longer use this wire used for cruise control
remove pin 50, you will no longer use this wire used for cruise control
move pin 52(inj-8) to pin 39 (empty slot now)
move pin 42(inj-7) to pin 35(empty slot now)
move pin 29(hego-1) to pin 44(empty slot)

You will now need to run 4 wires for the MAF sensor.

pin 57 Ignition 12v+ to MAF connector Pin A
pin 60 Ground to MAF connector Pin B
pin 9 MAF Ret+ to MAF Connector Pin C
pin 50 MAF 5V+ Ref to MAF Connector Pin D

If using a GSALI ecu, swipe the base tune off the homepage (to be added upon request).
